Kalman is a qualified engineer and economist and a seasoned expert in the digital transformation of financial and telecommunication services and has always focused on developing digital amenities. He began his career at the Hungarian Post where he was responsible for the development of an online marketplace. In 2003, he joined the business development team of Westel (now T-Mobile) where he started out with the development of non-voice based services for businesses then switched to manage the mobile payments department in 2005. After three years, he left T-Mobile for Erste Bank, where he was responsible for the development of electronic banking services. In 2009, he was promoted to Director of Erste Call Center and Electronic Channels. From 2012 on, he led the Remote Sales Channels department at K&H Bank, managing non-personal customer relations, including the call center and the online and mobile banking solutions. He joined Netrisk.hu in 2015 to manage the implementation and market entry of the banking product comparison site of the company. Since 2017, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Scolvo. Besides spending time with his family, his free time activities are all about sports: he competes in triathlons and gives classes as a spinning trainer.
Krisztian is in charge of driving the company’s international growth in reach, revenue and reputation. After his studies in the U.S., Krisztian first got involved with mobile technology at Motorola. Before taking on his position as Commercial Director at SCOLVO, he gained far-reaching experience in various senior business development roles, introducing the region’s first mobile banking and brokerage applications, and marketing enterprise mobility solutions in 17 countries. Krisztian is an avid sailing enthusiast, who both enjoys taking family trips and competing with his team on a 37-feet full carbon performance boat.
